1. Event Planning Services

TALROSE Event Planning provides event planning, coordination, consultation, and related services. Specific services, pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and deliverables may be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

When a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement will govern the specific services provided for your event.

2. Consultations & Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not guarantee event availability or create a confirmed booking.

An event is considered booked only after all required agreements, deposits, or other booking requirements communicated by TALROSE Event Planning have been completed.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed or discussed before a formal agreement may be subject to change based on event requirements, location, guest count, vendors, requested services, and other factors.

Applicable deposits, retainers, payment schedules, refund policies, and cancellation terms will be provided before or at the time services are booked.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and communicating significant changes that could affect planning or execution.

Additional costs may apply when the scope, location, guest count, timeline, or services requested change after an agreement has been established.

5. Third-Party Vendors

TALROSE Event Planning may coordinate with venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers, rental companies, and other third-party vendors.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, third-party vendors are independent businesses and are responsible for their own products, services, policies, performance, and contractual obligations.

6. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, website information, services, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

7. Communications

By providing your contact information, you authorize TALROSE Event Planning to contact you regarding your inquiry, consultation, booking, or services.

If you separately consent to SMS or marketing communications, you may receive text messages from TALROSE Event Planning. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the TALROSE Event Planning name, logo, website design, graphics, photographs owned by TALROSE, written content, and other original brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TALROSE Event Planning will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of this website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
